Travel Triangle is looking for a candidate who is able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all SLAs. Candidate need to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, who can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.

Formal job description:

1. Setting up the overall HR recruitment strategy for the business

2. Be a solution provider and enabler for the business. To partner with larger HR team for the organizational objective/goals.

3. Owning up the end to end recruiting delivery (Quarter on Quarter targets) and quantify the outcome basis on NPS (Net Promoter Score), CPJ (Cost Per Joiner), QoH(Quality of Hire) and Source Mix

4. Design, develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position as an Employer of Choice in the market

5. To have regular connects with Business Stakeholders on a weekly basis.

6. Assist in digitalizing the talent acquisition processes on internal ATS

7. Lead the development of Talent Acquisition strategy in support of corporate goals and in alignment with our corporate values

8. Optimum utilization of various channels of sourcing available with focus on direct channels like social media sites, blogs and job sites, employee referrals and less dependency on recruitment consultants

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

1. MBA - HR or equivalent from premium business school

2. 8-11 yrs of experience in Recruiting (Recruiting Delivery for High Volume and/or Mid Volume Hiring needs) function

3. Experience in creating and executing Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning strategies in a fast paced, high growth multiple site environment

Preferred Skills :

1.Must have experience in Technology Hiring ( IT Services, Product Engineering, Software and Services) and Mass Hiring

2. 8-11 Years of experience in Recruiting (Recruiting Delivery for High Volume and/or Mid Volume Hiring needs) function.

3. Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.

4. Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
