Looking for Seasoned professional in IT/ecommerce Recruitment space with 6-7 years of experience, starting from Sourcing till on boarding. Please note this is an individual contributor role.

- Expertise in sourcing professionals across functions like Software development (Backend, Front End, Full stack etc.), Quality analyst/DevOps Engineering, Project/Product Management, Architect, Design-Graphics/UI/UX/Creative, System Engineering, Digital/online Marketing/Business development, Market Research, Data and Business Analyst.

- Expertise in utilizing Web/Social recruitment tools, Personal database, Internal references etc.

- Analysing the talent gap in consultation with delivery heads & keeping track of resource allocation and optimization

- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle and sourcing the best talent from diverse sources like Campus initiatives, Social media, Job portals, Recruitment Consultants, references etc.

- Creating a passive pipeline to hire people on Web and Mobile Technology Platforms (RubyonRails, JAVA/J2EE, HTML/CSS/JavaScript/reactjs/nodejs, Android/iOS)

- Building and maintaining campus activities with Colleges, Leading the team of Engineers on Campus recruitment and Manage end to end campus recruitment activities.

- Should be able to efficiently manage highly talented and aggressive stakeholders like VP- s, CTO, Head of the product & Cofounders.

- Supporting in developing and ensuring the implementation of the recruitment policies.

- Maintaining recruitment MIS, Weekly recruitment report, Requisition report, Candidate experience and feedback

- Developing clear job descriptions in consultation with delivery heads.
