Job brief We are looking for an AD- Marketing who'll lead all our marketing activities from Organic growth, social media, CRM, and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects. AD Marketing responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects, and setting short-term and long-term department goals. If you're a skilled Marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, wed like to meet you. Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness. Requirements - Direct hands-on experience crafting paid media strategy, execution, and management. - Experience running paid media campaigns (SEM - Google Ads, retargeting, Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin) - Develop and execute successful SEO strategies. - Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices. - Experience with tracking, reporting, analysis and sharing results and making recommendations to improve overall performance (Google Analytics, ad platform reporting - Adwords, Facebook for example) - Previous experience with online marketing strategies, channels, tactics, and projects - Strong background in digital marketing, organic growth, paid media, and/or creative/technology services. - Excellent internal communication skills. - Ability to both take and give clear direction. - Take ownership of everything you touch and be driven to produce great quality - Knowledge of Google Apps & Drive and maybe some Word, PowerPoint and Excel - Technologically savvy and experienced with utilizing online platforms and services related to project management and business operations.
