Experience and personal qualities
- 2-7 Years of experience in end to end recruitment activity across levels
- Should have knowledge working in US markets or should have handled US clients
- Designing recruitment strategies and meeting recruitment timelines
- Work towards reducing agency cost by leveraging media like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Job boards etc
- Proven experience in meeting challenging deadlines
- Possess excellent communication & presentation skills
- Good knowledge of working on any HR leading technologies
- Should be able to plan and work on individual projects
- Experience in branding jobs through various media and work towards innovative ways of recruiting
- Ready to work in night shifts.
