Job Description: 1. Accountable for setting the strategic direction and leadership of the HR Shared Service (HRSSC) operation managing and delivering a global portfolio of HR services. 2. Ensure service levels and standards are set and signed off globally, across all processes, and are reviewed regularly across Travelex celebrating success and developing improvement initiatives as appropriate. 3. Understanding the importance of and able to leverage the value of technology, data and analytics to identify and achieve HR SSC and Operations strategic goals. 4. Work across the Operations and HR leadership team including relevant stakeholder groups to improve the overall end to end service delivery and create a continuous improvement mind-set amongst the team and demonstrate tangible cost saving / process efficiencies and improvement for colleagues. 5. To develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Travelex including but not limited to Global HR, Global Finance, Internal Audit, External Audit, internal/external customers and suppliers in all areas. 6. Ability to switch between strategic and operational thinking to provide the team with a roadmap for success. 7. Ambassador for HR SSC and Operations across Travelex globally. 8. Lead process improvement initiatives across payroll, rewards &amp; benefits, employee helpdesk and Workday to maximise efficiency and optimize service delivery 9. Should have experience in managing payroll for regions like Asia, UK, ANZ, North America, India etc 10. Should have experience in managing HRIS solutions especially Workday will be an added advantage 11. Should have strong knowledge of handling HR Shared Services / HR Operations with minimum 10 to 17 years of experience
