Role Title - Analytics & Reporting Specialist	   Location - Mumbai	  Business unit - HR Shared Services Centre	  Role purpose - As part of the HR Shared Services team you will work in partnership with the central HR team and other stakeholders globally. This role will identify, gather and document business information from Workday to provide timely analysis and insights to the business.  Key accountabilities 	  - Provide analysis and insights from Workday data across different technologies / countries to enhance key performance indicators across the business  - Provide timely reports as required to the head of HRSSC and the business  - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HRSSC practices, processes and systems.  - Establish relationships with other HR teams to understand their processes and HR systems  - Partner with people and change management teams to identify impact of process/technical changes   Key interfaces/ relationships	  - External local stakeholders  - Finance: reports and reporting   - HR  - Compliance: ensure operating within policy & as per regulatory licence(s)   Role-specific experience and skills	  - Should be a graduate in any discipline.  - A minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role   - Good with data analysis and presenting data to stakeholders in proper manner. (Technical & Non-technical data)  - Good with HR analytics and should be able to draw improvement ideas from data analysis.  - Demonstrated experience with Workday, SAP or PeopleSoft reporting  - Preparing periodic HR, statistical and operational reports as needed   - A lateral and inquisitive mind that allows you to challenge thinking and demonstrated experience in being able to translate requirements into tangible and beneficial business processes   - Able to troubleshoot independently and make recommendations on solutions with minimal supervision   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally at all levels   - A solid understanding of global HR functions, processes and terminology   - Ability to contribute as a strong team player   - A pragmatic and ‘can do’ attitude, along with energy and enthusiasm  - Ability to analyse information and data, and draw conclusions   - Flexibility to manage work within a mutli-geograhic (and multi-time zone) environment  General experience and personal qualities	  Leadership & management  - Management of a team, where applicable, to maximise their potential and achieve results, including recruitment, coaching, retention and performance management  - Self-aware, open-minded with a high degree of personal and professional integrity Commercial acumen  - Strong commercial acumen and ability to apply solid commercial judgment in their area of expertise  - Protect the business by ensuring compliance to procedures, managing risks and escalating where appropriate to protect the reputational integrity of Travelex  Strong relationships  - The ability to manage strong relationships, developing trust and credibility with customers, partners, peers, teams, internal and external stakeholders  - Proactive sharing of best practice to peers and teams for continuous improvement of performance in their area of expertise  Management of change  - Experience of managing change   Performance and results focus  - A strong record of performance delivery in their area of expertise, through increased sales and cost management   - The ability to analyse issues, develop solutions and influence key decisions, balancing risk with results  - Drive customer focus in everything we do to gain and retain high quality customers for the long term success of Travelex
