DS Job Description:

- Creating and managing large sized teams of internal and external partners made up of talented, driven and passionate individuals

- Having complete ownership of a destination team in TT. Devising strategies to reach market leadership position in that particular destination

- Managing the vendor sales & on-boarding team. Managing their day-to-day operations.

- Maintaining the quality of the entire customer experience chain on Travel Triangle! We strive to make Travel Triangle - the go-to- platform for all travelers!

- Building team as per requirement and ensuring their right training. Performing timely appraisals and their growth plans. Motivating team to rise to the next growth levels.

- Responsible for managing the marketplace ecosystem of travel vendors.

- Leading a team who are motivated to take complete ownership of vendor growth, while at the same time ensuring that company objectives are driven down effectively to them to meet quarterly and monthly targets (important metrics being gross sales, gross margins, seller satisfaction scores, monetization revenue).

- In collaboration with other destination heads, defining processes and implement best practices to ensure a frictionless experience for vendors on Travel Triangle.

- Enabling team to effectively manage relationships with vendors by creating joint business plans to secure top line growth and drive sales via optimum assortment, inventory and promotion planning, and execute the same on ground through field visits and meetings with sellers.

- Ensuring achievement of weekly and monthly targets for Sales, assortment addition, margins; managing seller issues, product pricing, assortment and joint business planning with sellers

- Aligning teams with organizational goals and vision, driving them to produce high-impact results

- Analyzing data and planning for the seasonal sale and product promotion.
