TranZact is a team of young enthusiasts with a common goal of making companies much more efficient by helping them grow their business and revolutionising the way businesses interact with each other.
We build a cloud-based business platform where manufacturers & traders can network with each other and discover trusted buyers and suppliers on the network. Our team consists of generalist engineers who work on building modern websites (SPA & Isomorphic), mobile apps for Android & iOS, REST APIs and servers, internal tools, and infrastructure for all our users.

Sharad Sen Sharma (Product) - IIT KGP (2010), IIMA (2015), ex - Barclays, McKinsey
Ritesh Kumar (Business) - IIT KGP (2011), ex - Everstone, Ambit
Rohan Sen Sharma (Technology) - BITS Pilani (2013), ex - Oracle, Cubito
What do I need?
- 5+ years of experience in technology fields, with a substantial portion in sales, marketing, business development or partnership roles.
- 3+ years in executive alliance or partnership roles.
- Should be a very good communicator, highly sales-oriented, adept at people management, and comfortable with numbers.
- Must have a thorough understanding of Alliances in the Indian market and should be able to drive a business independently.
- Comfortable with SQL or any equivalent and with advanced excel.
- Has worked in a fast-growing unstructured startup environment
- In-depth experience of working in SME SaaS-tech or SMB segments is preferred
- Have experience in working either of CA, Tally Channel Partners, ERP Implementation Partners, Industry Associations, Banks, MIDCs, etc.
What will I be doing?
- Responsible for developing a strategy for partner acquisition, identifying new partnership opportunities, developing a business case for these partnerships, and create a Go market plan highlighting clear opportunity, product features, and business value for all stakeholders.
- Own the alliance marketing P&L thereby ensuring revenue growth through new and existing partnerships.
- Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
- Attend various trade fairs and networking events on behalf of the company.
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
- Do extensive structured product partnerships with channel partners of products like Tally, This might include API integrations, new product development with alliance partners in order to grow revenue growth for the company.
- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
