We are seeing amazing growth through different marketing channels Analysing the data.Hence, we look forward to having a Data Specialist to understand customer behaviour, identify patterns in data and provide insights with at least 2+ years of experience analysing data for a B2B SaaS.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Understand a problem statement and bring analytical solutions & techniques to come up with the solution
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance
- Work with various stakeholders to identify the business requirements, define working methodologies and the expected outcome
- Analyse and highlight product growth opportunities
- Recommend ongoing improvements to methods, algorithms, tools and products
- Collaborate with internal teams like success, creative, marketing, product, tech and more, to drive retention.
- Make TranZact more data-driven organization by creating platforms to better access, interpret and use data in driving day-to-day decisions and business functioning
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a Data Analytics role
- Expert level proficiency in SQL, Python (1-2yrs exp), Google Analytics, Advanced Excel, Data visualisation tools
- Problem-solving: Ability to break the problem into small problems and think of relevant techniques
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong with basics, quick learner & good with numbers
- Experience working hands-on with large-scale data sets
- Experience working in a fast-growing unstructured startup environment
