Ltd is looking for a City Head for expanding its Operations in Bangalore/Mumbai & Pune Locations  - Transven is a successful venture in the engineering domain and the new venture by the founders is a Tech- Startup.   - We are a young team, a startup with leadership coming from various IITs. The New venture is funded by a Large PE investor. Our organisation is deeply rooted with strategic and highly skilled and motivated partners. It is a stress free fun based environment and is going to be soon 500 plus employee base.  - This opportunity is for our e commerce venture which deals in providing premium concierge services in the hyper-local and on-demand service segment.  - We are now expanding our current setup further at Bangalore,Mumbai & Pune and we are looking at professionals who can help us setup the entire function which will include but not limited to Business Development, Customer Support, Field Operations and other areas.   Key Responsibilities :  - Identify the targets & develop strategies and penetrate the markets for product and services   - Gather information - monitor and analysis the market trend. Explore ways to increase revenue for the existing customers and profitability.   - Maintain area-reports which include revenue numbers, payment collections and evaluation of team performance and reporting the same to the Management / HO.  - Acquire and manage critical client accounts which have a higher degree of complexity in terms of client servicing   - Manage the team to handle end-to-end client relationships, including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting  - Identify new trends & opportunities in the market, understand the problems with existing merchants and work closely with the team to resolve them.   - Recommends by identifying new opportunities, surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.   - Help augment the team & help identify the best suited candidatures in the locality  - Oversee Operations & the Delivery team, their functionality & provide best suited alternatives for optimum utilization of resources.   Skills Required :   - Someone who is ready for the challenges and has good negotiation skills, strong communication & presentation skills track record of achieving revenue targets.   - Experience in setting up an eCommerce function will be much preferred.  - Demonstrated intense customer focus.   - Demonstrated highest level of integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic.   - Prior team management experience is a must   - Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours   - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English as well as the local language   Qualification : Graduate degree / MBA from tier 1 & tier 2 institutes  Joining : Immediate  Note : Transven offers, amazing growth potential, and a challenging and exciting work environment.
