Job Description:

We are looking for people to join our "Transven Marketing and Business development Team" which involves scouting in new ideas/ventures, marketing with the various sectors to establish the business at a new high.

An MBA from premier B schools, undergraduate degree from Top Engineering Schools, and 2-3 years of work experience. We are primarily looking for entrepreneurial person who has got a real passion to drive & implement ideas

We are looking at a passionate, entrepreneurial associate who will look at:

Functions and Responsibility:

- Join as Head of Business development, marketing and strategies to explore existing and newer opportunities

- Handle international market growth along with identifying strategic partnerships and technology transfer initiatives from international companies

- Be a part of core strategic team for future growth aimed at developing brand alliances

- Represent the business development perspective during all senior management meetings and manage the operations budget

- Measuring and improving metrics for efficiency and quality

- Overlooking team handling client response and sales campaigns, promotions, events to increase impact for brand

- Handling negotiations and coordination with the partners and ensuring that all alliance are efficiently handled
We are looking for someone who can adapt quickly, handle multiple roles and is enthusiastic about growing a brand across multiple verticals.
