We are doers looking out for some others.  If you are a doer, join us in the journey.  Key Responsibilities:  - Identify the targets & develop strategies and penetrate the markets for product and services   - Gather information - monitor and analysis the market trend. Explore ways to increase revenue for the existing customers and profitability.   - Maintain area-reports which include revenue numbers, payment collections and evaluation of team performance and reporting the same to the Sales/Business Head of the city   - Acquire and manage critical client accounts which have a higher degree of complexity in terms of client servicing   - Manage the team to handle end-to-end client relationships, including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting   - Identify new trends & opportunities in the market, understand the problems with existing merchants and work closely with the team to resolve them.  - Recommends by identifying new opportunities, surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.   Skills Required:  - Someone who is ready for the challenges an e- commerce startup, negotiation skills, strong communication & presentation skills track record of achieving revenue targets.   - Demonstrated intense customer focus.   - Demonstrated highest level of integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic.   - Prior team management experience is a must   - Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours   - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English as well as the local language   Experience Required: 3-7 years  Qualifications: Graduate degree/ MBA from Tier 1, Tier 2 institute.  If you are someone who is capable of - Rolling up their sleeves- and excited for work at ground level as well as at a - Strategy- level.
