TransUnion - Software Development Manager

Job Description :

- 10 or more years of hands-on experience in software development.

- 5-7+ years of technical leadership experience, with 2+ years of experience managing teams.

- Proficiency in Agile software development and Delivery with focus on automation and delivery.

- Proficiency in Java Web Application Development and Service-Oriented Application Design.

- Experience in building full stack web applications.

- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, etc.) and RESTful APIs.

- Experience with Cloud based services (AWS, Azure, or GCP, etc.)

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide alternative solutions to technical problems.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Lead the security and upgrade process by having consistent documentation across the ART

- Keep track of the license, certificates, and key management items regarding the applications allowing the efficient communications with the right groups to remediate any issues.

- Experience with Application development support activities. Upgrading Application development software frameworks, supporting business administration activities and Implement TU's security policy, processes & technologies

- Work with the development teams to support issues and have an overlap of timezones for supporting Analytics applications.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems.

- Manage multiple Agile teams that will be building backend-end services and front-end web applications that support the Analytics platforms of TransUnion.

- Oversee the deployment and Implementation of leading-edge analytics environments including software, end-user tools and other data services.

- Collaborate within and across teams on resource and delivery planning.

- Have a strong sense of ownership of the applications in the Analytics ART

- Train, coach and grow the maturity of teams and associates.
