Operations Manager(Senior Level)

- An operations manager with at least 15 years of experience

- Review and report organization KPI's across delivery, Infrastructure, Finance and HR departments

- Program status reporting

- Review and report budgets and forecasts

- Asset management review and reporting

- Staffing review and reporting across skills, training, pyramid

- Compliance reporting

- Business continuity planning and tracking

- Vendor management contracts review

- Financial and effort review of vendor invoices

- Demand and capacity management with vendors

Required Experience : 

- Experience in management reporting and working with executive management

- Knowledge of Software development methodology

- Knowledge of agile development is a plus

- Compliance review and reporting across several departments

- Strong communication skills

- Strong presentation skills

- Strong interfacing skills

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office tools

- Strong work ethic with the passion for team success
