We call this Information for Good. Dynamics of the role : - Lead a team of Analytics consultants to develop and deliver new products/scorecards for Commercial & Consumer credit business verticals. Act as Subject Matter Expert in Statistical Model - Development leading projects and working directly with business to deliver high-quality output. How you- ll contribute : - Responsible for using quantitative and qualitative methods and tools, including digital tools, primary and secondary research for strengthening and driving analytics and planning across existing and upcoming bureau products across consumer & commercial business verticals. - Responsible for delivery of high-quality analytical solutions for the existing clients/engagements. - Derive insights for creating and implementing models for various new product initiatives for better customer engagement. - Have industry intelligence on key trends in metrics of competition (analytical, product, financial) and on latest trends in analytics, AI, Big Data and Machine learning and evangelizing industry-leading practices around them in the organization. - Have the good understanding of the business domain, its strategic direction, functional goals, and the required technical expertise. - Makes decisions, even with ambiguous /incomplete data at a pace that balances the need for further analysis and the need for the timely decision given business pressures/requirements. - Partner with Analytics Business Development team in formulating key analytical strategies/solutions to achieve a higher value. - Recruit, onboard, train, coach and develop talent. What you- ll bring : - MBA from top 10 B-Schools or Postgraduate degree in Statistics / Economics from top tier institutes - 13 -15 years of experience in Credit Risk Data Analytics in Banking / new age companies, Analytics companies preferably with experience in Big Data analytics, AI/ML - Previous Experience in business intelligence, information management, data warehousing or data marts. - Additional exposure of implementation of Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Cloud and Big Data landscape Essential skills and competencies : - Strategic thinking/visioning: able to see and communicate the big picture in an inspiring way.
