Role &amp; Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Develop and implement the retention marketing strategy to drive cross-sell/upsell and improve conversions - Build an experimentation framework and conduct A/B experiments with clear success/failure metrics to improve funnel effectiveness - Define an effective communication personalization strategy basis user behavior on platform and deploy recency, frequency and value based optimizations. - Partnering with the digital marketing manager and website manager to advise on compelling content (Images &amp; content) for website &amp; App, developing test ideas and managing A/B testing - Measuring and reporting performance of growth marketing campaigns at a cohort level and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) Qualifications &amp; Experience - Post graduate from reputed Universities - MBA/PGDM (Marketing) - 8-12 Yrs relevant experience in management of digital marketing campaigns across several channels Skills and Competencies Required Skills / Competencies Required : - Strong understanding of acquisition marketing/ customer acquisitions in the BFSI, ecommerce - Knowledge &amp; experience of any marketing automation tool like CleverTap, WebEngage, Netcore etc. - Highly data-driven and excellent analytical skills - Excellent oral, written and presentation skills - Should be a self-motivator and a good team player - Creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas and solutions and partner effectively with product and tech teams - Should be able to manage interpersonal and relationship building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders - Ability to work in a very dynamic environment with constantly evolving requirements
