Role description - TransUnion CIBIL - DTC Interactive requires a lead to manage and grow its Indirect Business. The Indirect focus is expanding DTC's consumer reach via - Digital - mediums with established partners in the Financial Services, Telco, Insurance, Retail and other key industries. The indirect business is a key driver to the unit's growth plans. JVP - DTC will lead a team of experience sales professionals and run strategic and business development meetings to identify critical business issues, needs and strategic priorities with the objective to position TUCIBIL- DTC as partner of choice to achieve desired goals. This role is both operational and strategic, with a strong emphasis on the ability to build influential, meaningful and trusted relationships across all levels of the internal and client organization. She / He will work collaboratively with the product/ technology /operations team to deliver revenue targets. The potential candidate would need to have consumer facing digital experience, financial acumen, demonstrable consulting skills, confidence, tenacity & drive to succeed, as well as an engaging customer orientated personality and be able to deliver on sales targets. This position is a seasoned business professional with extensive product, digital and market knowledge. How you- ll contribute - - Network with Senior Product, Marketing and Non-Risk executives including - Digital- senior representatives at our key clients across Financial Services, Telco, Insurance, Fintech verticals - Develop new relationships across E-commerce and other targeted industries - Pitch TUCIBIL DTC solutions to partners and identify and facilitate the formulation of creative solutions that meet customer needs - Develop three year strategic view of the DTC indirect business detailing transformational ideas - Develop individual client strategies and collaborate with both internal and client resources to ensure the implementation of approved strategies - Maintain and review client performance to ensure sustainability of existing ventures and to identify new opportunities - Track economic factors and trends and adjust key initiatives where required - Forecast projected revenues on a long, medium and short term basis - Manage and mentor a team of sales managers that are responsible for the selling of DTC Solutions to potential partners - Plan, control, direct and organize all sales and related activities to maximize and support DTC's revenues and profit objectives. - Meet and exceed revenue targets for all products and drive sales performance. What you- ll bring: - Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related fields. - Twelve (12) or more years of management & leadership experience in Marketing / Product Strategy and/or Business Development. - Domain knowledge in Banking / Finance with consumer facing products and solutions essential. - Solid digital experience in Marketing and Product Strategy across Financial Services Industry and other industries is preferred - Ability to effectively develop relationships, engage, advice and persuasively communicate with product, marketing and other functional areas heads. - Strong analytical and insight-driven problem-solving skills with the ability to pursue consultative client engagements to drive business growth. - Independence, initiative, business acumen and excellent verbal, story-telling written communication and negotiation skills. - Sound working knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint with exceptional presentation skills.
