With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau. And Sales is playing a pivotal role of change agents to drive the growth trajectory. - The role involves building thought leadership with the management team of assigned accounts. Understand the critical business issues of our members and appropriately advise on our solutions. A key part of the role is also collaborating with the internal and external stakeholders to create a win-win situation. Influencing and connecting internal teams to ensure that solutions / products are delivered at par with our delivery excellence standards. We are looking for a self-driven and a relationship oriented individual, with the panache of creating / enhancing relationships with not only the Senior Management of our members but across levels. Have a solutioning mindset and approach for ensuring smooth product adoption and resolution of member challenges. Roles & Responsibilities : Solutioning and Prospecting - Gather and decipher the client's requirements and suggest how various TransUnion solutions can be implemented to enhance and improve the existing processes - and focus not just on product sales but also concept sales - Provide Industry insights to the senior management of our members regarding the latest trends in the financial services industry - Understand and translate statistics to address client business problems and liaison with client's technical, analytical and business teams to delivery teams to build and deliver custom solutions Revenue Generation - - Define account strategies to be able to achieve overall revenue targets - Liaison with key decision makers - business Managers, risk managers, product managers etc. in banks and financial institutions to identify new opportunities and grow existing business - Revenue retention, cross sell & upsell to existing client portfolio to increase penetration of TransUnion products, including negotiation and all aspects Account Relationship Management - - Responsible for managing relationships with existing customers - Work closely with internal teams for resolving client queries to ensure high quality delivery of service and timely resolution of all member issues - Ensure timely receipt of payments against Bills Experience and Skills - - MBA in Marketing / Finance from a reputed Institute (ideally from top 20) - Minimum 10+ years experience in selling product & services to businesses or high net worth individuals - Ideally Assets side experience with a Bank or a NBFC is preferred Essential Competencies : Business acumen - Understands and has knowledge of industry trends, client's and our own business model.
