Job Description : TransUnion CIBIL Position : AVP - Data Acquisition Services Location : Mumbai Role &amp; Responsibilities : - Responsible for team deliverables. - Motivate, support and mentor team members and ensure good team working. - Liaison with key decision makers - IT Managers, Credit Managers, Product Managers in the banks and financial institutions to identify new data sources for improving accuracy leading to growth in TUCIBIL Data Repositories. - Ensure high quality delivery of service and timely resolution of all member issues. - Ensuring complete and timely data submission from Members. - Conducting training sessions for the employees of Members on Data Formats, Reports, new products etc. - Understanding data capturing mechanism of various products by financial institution and guide them for reporting all information to the bureau - Liaise with Operations team to ensure data uploaded on time and members communication. - Work with Data Quality team to identify gaps in Member data and work with Members to improve acceptance rate and completeness of data - Information collation and creation of presentations, MIS and ad-hoc reports. Qualifications &amp; Experience : - Graduate / Post graduate from reputed Universities.( Preferably BE/BCA/MCA/MBA ( Systems) - 10-12 Yrs relevant experience in managing business + IT operations Skills / Competencies Required : - Should possess good planning and organizing skills and must have an eye for detail - Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills - Should have strong communication and presentation skills - Exposure to credit lending business and strong understanding of credit lending businesses - Ability to manage relationships effectively - Proficient using SQL, Microsoft word, Advanced Excel and Power Point - Self-motivated, ability to manage day to day activities with minimum supervision
