The FinTech vertical at TransUnion CIBIL is looking for problem solvers, rain-makers, thinkers and sales leaders.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with key decision makers, CXOs / Founders across established and emerging lending FinTechs

- Grow revenue across existing FinTech Accounts by increasing product coverage and penetrate new accounts across all TransUnion Product Offerings to achieve and significantly exceed targets

- Understand the FinTech ecosystem and its broad categories and push for existing Product adoption across a broad category of FinTechs/Startups.

- Streamline commercials, contracts & invoicing across the portfolio

- Work internally across functions such as Products, Operations & IT to ensure high quality service delivery at FinTech Accounts

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business, Finance or Economics or Commerce

- A minimum of 4-8 years experience in Banking, Technology or a relevant industry in client facing sales roles

Skills and Competencies Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication and high interpersonal skills

- Ability to multi-task and learn rapidly to support multiple priorities toward growth of the organization

- An analytical bent of mind to interpret numbers, MIS metrics both tactically and strategically and create plans accordingly

- A thorough understanding of the BFSI & FinTech industry and related performance deliverables and metrics

- Ability to work under pressure to deliver beyond target expectations

- Extremely strong Customer focus

- Good working knowledge of MS Office, i.e.; Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

- Good planning and organizing skills

- Possess entrepreneurial spirit and Competitive attitude

- Hard working and having an eye for detail

- Lots of energy and passion for achieving targets
