Position : Assistant Manager/Manager Commercial Bureau Insights Department : Product Development & Management Reports to : Senior Manager-MICR Location : Mumbai Role & Responsibilities : He/she will be responsible for : - Running thought leadership initiatives, EASE Reform Agenda, MSME Pulse or any other research based publications - Analytical project and solutions delivery at CIBIL- TransUnion as per best practices - Must have the knowledge and expertise to deliver innovative analytical solutions and techniques - Conduct Research projects related to the Banking/ lending based analysis of data that will address the Risk and Credit growth portfolio - Accountable for the full project cycle of finalizing analysis requirements, data extraction, performing analysis and presenting results to internal stakeholders in accordance with expectations and business needs. - Analyzing Bureau data, client/member portfolios, identifying and highlighting key industry trends - Provide support in the management and efficient delivery against requirements set forth by business development team for client interactions and external customers - Interact, communicate effectively and build strong working relationship on an ongoing basis with business partners. Qualifications & Experience : - Post Graduate in Mathematics/Statistics/MBA/Economics or business - 2-4 years of experience in the study of business data using trends analysis in order to discover and understand historical patterns - Knowledge of implementation and of analytical solutions like score cards, segmentation will be added advantage - Knowledge of banking regulations, SME plus retail Banking understanding will be an added advantage Skills and Competencies Required : - Should possess good planning and organizing skills and must have an eye for detail - Should have strong analytical, problem solving skills, story-telling and good writing skills - Self-motivated, ability to manage day to day activities with minimum supervision - Proficiency in R, SAS, Hadoop; Knowledge of other big data languages like Hive, Knowledge of tableau is desirable - Good Knowledge of Microsoft tools like Word, PPT, Excel (required), Desirable - VBA skills - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple stakeholders - Strong project management and client management skills, Good communication skills
