Salary Offered : 15-20 LPA A) PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:&nbsp; The primary responsibilities are : - Lead Direct/Indirect Taxation function. - Handling of Tax Audits &amp; Filling the Returns - Ensure to complete the 100% compliances. - Liasioning with the related Department's (Pan India). B) DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES : Indirect Taxation: - Complete Knowledge of GST. Hands on GST compliance with least involvement of consultants. - Knowledge of SAP and GST Configuration - Complete Knowledge of VAT Act (Pan India), - Service Tax Act, Professional Tax Act (Pan India), Entry Tax Act (Pan India), Octroi &amp; Local Body Tax Rules. - Sound Knowledge of Litigation Cases. Knowledge of Dealing/ Assisting in preparation of Appeals up to High Court Level. - Liaison with the Related Department's (Pan India) - To work as a team member &amp; must have handled 3-5 team members. - SAP &amp; accounting knowledge is must. - Handling Independent Departmental Audits, SIB Enquires. - Ensure to complete the 100% compliances. Direct Taxation : - Good Knowledge of TDS - Good knowledge of Handling Advance tax Calculations - TDS Returns - Handling of Tax Audits &amp; Filling the Returns - Filling of Annual Income Tax Returns - Good knowledge of preparation of income tax cases &amp; assessments Skills/ Experience Required : - B.com/ M.com, CA (inter) with 12-15 years of work experience in Direct &amp; Indirect Taxation. - LLB will be an added advantage. - Working knowledge of Excise &amp; Customs, preferable from mobile &amp; consumer durable Industry. Required Behaviors/ Competencies : - Relevant exposure in Direct &amp; Indirect Taxation function; - SAP &amp; Accounting Knowledge is must, MS Office (especially Excel &amp; PPT); - Good presentation skill; - Ability to understand the TDS, Tax audits &amp; returns; - Excellent communication skills; - Must Have handled a team of 3-5 people. - Ability to work for long hours as per the business requirements. - Eye for detail.
