A) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : - Month-end closing of books of accounts & Meeting strict month-end closing deadlines. P&L Fluctuation Analysis, expense variance analysis, effective handling of monthly provision & deferrals and reconciliation so that correct profits for the month can be reported, no surprises. - Annual closing, Handing of Statutory and Internal Audit. Production of financial statements including notes to accounts. - Handling of Income tax computation, return and preparation for scrutiny & assessments. - Ensuring that transactions are booked according to accounting standards and policies through regular scrutiny of books of accounts and discussion with various FA sub departments, differences solving, open item investigation. - Have good hands-on experience in SAP FI. Understanding of SAP CO (cost centers etc.) would be added advantage. - Intercompany reconciliation. - Prepares accounting activities such as journal entries and account reconciliations for technical accounting. - Analyzes subsets of accounting information from Balance Sheet accounts. - Commits to strictly following all internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ICFR and handling of ICFR & Internal Audit. - Performs other duties as assigned by Accounting Management. - Thorough understanding on Inter-company transactions (intercompany transactions/dispute resolution etc. group company settlements) B) INTERFACES : - INTERNAL - EXTERNAL C) Skills/ Experience Required : Chartered Account with 9-10 year of relevant experience D) Required Behaviors/ Competencies : - Relevant exposure in financial reporting; - Proficient in SAP FICO, MS Office (especially Excel & PPT); - Exposure in Income Tax; - Good presentation skill; - Ability to understand the accounting concepts; - Excellent communication skills; - Team Player ; - Ability to work for long hours as per the business requirements Job Location: Sector 142, Noida
