Transsion Holdings - Online Campaign Manager - Infinix Mobiles (8-10 yrs)

A) PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The primary responsibility: will be responsible for generating brand awareness campaigns, implementing online click strategies, and generating higher traffic numbers from local publishers. He/She will coordinate with sales and product team to promote new and existing products. Work closely with performance manager to execute the campaigns/projects/AB tests in a timely manner.

B) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Planning & implementing digital marketing campaigns on local publishers, including Web, App, Msite advertising.

- Monitor and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI)

- Brainstorm & Innovate new and creative formats/strategies to be aired across local publishers

- Collaborate with publishers and other vendor partners for online mass and tactical properties

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

- Work on long term deals and create value ads for branding.

- Build from scratch channels like (e.g. direct mail) optimize and scale

- Deep knowledge of planning online branding campaigns

- Ensure delivery of campaign basis the timelines

- Develop plans through research and recommendation.

- Negotiate the best pricing with vendors, closing and securing the right media.

- Managing full cycles of campaigns with all operations aspects.

- Analyze the success of each campaign and present conclusions and improvements.

C) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

8-10 years of experience

D) IDEAL CANDIDATE :

- Skills/ Experience Required:

a. 8-10 years of experience in Digital campaigns

b. Ability to do result-driven Data Analysis

c. Knowledge of idiosyncrasies of Paid Social Media Advertising Ability to work independently and in a team environment

d. Ability to adeptly use Mobile Marketing to target right audience

e. Ability to implement & measure Search Engine Marketing

f. Having skills with latest Digital Marketing Technology Tools and platforms.

g. Knowing right implementation of Content Marketing.

h. Skills to run Viral Marketing Campaigns

i. Ability to manage several simultaneous projects under deadline pressure

j. Proactive approach to recognizing needs and anticipating issues

- Required Behaviors/ Competencies:

a. Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing or related fields.

b. Working with FMCG, Apps, Ecom - Advantage

c. 8-10 years of related job experience.

d. Strong problem-solving skills.

e. Exceptional communication and project management skills.

f. In-depth knowledge of running B2C campaigns.
