KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Functional :

PROJECT EXECUTION :

- End-to-end Project management

- Multi-site, multi-project operation

- Cross-functional project team leadership

- Vendor and sub-contractor management

- Core expertise in construction

- Sound understanding of finance

- Resource Planning and mobilization

- Scheduling and Cash flows

- Costing and Budgeting

- Problem solving and decision making

- Prepare and implement AOP (Annual Operation Plan) for all Construction activities of all domestic projects

- Planning, scheduling and execution of assigned projects.

- Prepare a proper Budget for assigned project.

- Monitoring and controlling all assigned projects, identifying any shortfalls, problems, solutions and advising suitable action

- Create top level project execution plan, resource requirement planning and forecasting (manpower, materials & funds) with full detailing for each project in hand.

- Created robust project monitoring mechanism for timely closure of multiple projects.

- Established and implemented short term and long term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

- Managed revenue and expenditure. Tracking of cash flows of the projects. Ensured timely billing and collection.

- Managed projects with cost efficient construction and timely commissioning of projects as per specified quality and safety parameters.

- Worked out and implemented a minimum workable sub-contractor rate with flexible payment terms which has since become a benchmark for company's other projects elsewhere.

- Quarterly training of Surveyors, Site Engineers, Store Keepers, Supervisors (Foundation, Erection & Stringing) & Trainees for skill enhancement.

- Variation analysis and highlight areaas requiring attention.

Minimum Qualifications :
