Transport Manager - BPO/Real Estate

Job Description :

- Provide the leadership to the Transport Team on the Client's site

- The single point of Management Control for Transport in the Clients site

- In consultation and collaboration with the Facility Manager oversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the Transport Team

- Ensure client satisfaction with the Client's Facility/Property Management

- Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity

- Understand the Transport scope for the Client and develop specific processes and procedures in consultation with the Client to ensure that the Transport service provided is efficient, cost effective and meets the full requirements of the Client

- Develop and implement a management plan

- Accomplish key performance indicators as identified by the Client

- Oversee the compilation and deliver the required reports on the Transport Service performance on time and in the format required by the Client

- Coordinate discussions with each direct report regarding goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning for them and their staff

- Ensure compliance with the company's minimum audit standards
