Transport & EXIM Manager - Logistics

- To set up transport and manages transport performances in region

- To act as reversed key account manager for transport suppliers

- To select and contacts transport suppliers in cooperation with Trade lane Manager.

- To select transport suppliers, negotiates rates and maintains contracts with transport suppliers for partload, and ad hoc shipments. Follows up of performances of these suppliers.

- To makes sure the local operations fit into the global structure as set by Group Transport.

- To be responsible for complaint handling for transport related issues.

- To participate in implementation projects for new transport suppliers or new external customers.

- To be responsible for organizing the Transport Cell work.

- To define and maintains the frame work for full load, partload, and ad hoc shipments

- To organise and maintains planning of all in/outgoing transports (road, air, sea)

- To coordinate transport planning with HUB and Warehouse activities.

- To follow up and maintains the achievement of transport related KPI's.

- To represent transport within and outside.

- To be responsible for staff hiring, training and development, including performance reviews and IDPs for all direct reports.
