We're looking for a Digital Analytics Specialist, in the experience range of 2-7 years, who is willing enough to work with a growth-oriented organization, where the incumbent will get an opportunity to work with brilliant minds.

What did you need to excel in this role?

- Hands-on experience of Adobe Campaign.

- Exposure of Adobe Analytics (Omniture).

- Experience of Google analytics (Premium)

- Innovative thinking and problem-solving.

Preferred :

- Adobe certified professional with SQL/SAS/R or Statistical Modelling experience will be preferred.

- Strong strategic, analytical, business management and communication skills.

- Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex & fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft office.

What you'll do?

- Responsible for running campaigns and identify the areas of improvements to provide a better user experience.

- Exploring data and building a reporting model for campaign analytics, which will drive company decisions.

- Understanding data and creating key findings and recommendations.

- Collaboration with various business stakeholders in scoping out analytics implementation for new initiatives.

- Responsible for testing various ideas and coming up with the best solution/design using various analytical tools.

What we're looking for :

- Bachelor's in Computer Science/ Engineering, Statistics, Math or related quantitative degree or equivalent work experience.

- 2- 7 years of hands-on experience of Adobe Campaign.

- Excellent critical thinking, verbal and written communications skills.

- Ability and desire to work in a proactive, highly engaging, high-pressure, client service environment.

- Good presentation skills.
