What your typical day at TransOrg would look like:

- Develop solutions using Advanced Excel, macros and VBA that clients can understand and advise them on strategy

- Analyze & interpret data and communicate results to clients with the aid of BI and visualization dashboards

- Understand client's needs and effective management of solution development by the team

- Develop strong working relationship with the client and be proactive in understanding his business needs

What you need to excel at:

- Building medium to complex periodic reports and analytical dashboards using advanced excel skills

- Collate multiple data points and build up analysis using excel macros/VBA to derive relevant market insights

- Experience in designing and building dashboards and other visualizations in Tableau

- Deliver quality outputs by ensuring accuracy, continuous improvement, and adherence to SOPs and quality logs

- Interact with clients on a regular basis to understand the business requirements and drive solutions to simple to critical issues

- Demonstrate end to end ownership of the processes and deliver accountabilities effectively

- Collaborate with other data analysts to provide development coverage, support, and knowledge

What we- re looking for:

- 2-5 years in Data analysis and BI role

- Proactively seek opportunities to serve in leadership roles

- Develop relationships with client personnel that foster client ties

- Generate enthusiasm among team members and facilitate effective team interaction

- Strong proficiency in advanced MS-Excel, VBA, SQL & Tableau

- Analytical bent of mind in collating and analyzing complex or diverse information skillfully and conceptualizing alternative solutions

- Proficiency in R or SAS is preferable

- Excellent critical thinking, verbal and written communications skills

- Ability and desire to work in a proactive, highly engaging, high-pressure, client service environment

- Good presentation skills
