We are looking for a Pre-Sales Analytics Consultant based in Gurgaon.
Responsibilities include:
- Consult with clients in conjunction with sales team throughout the selling process to:
- Ensure that the customer needs are properly understood and addressed.
- Create & deliver detailed & customized prospecting decks, product demonstrations, solutions proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs deploying appropriate sales strategies & tactics.
- Respond to requests for information and prepare sales package proposals.
- Be the technical lead and SME support during sales calls, meetings and technical discussions.
- Conduct market and prospective client research to create the solutions pitch.
- Develop & maintain a BD collaterals repository including case studies, product data/tech spec sheets, demo videos, white papers, prospecting decks, solutions proposals, RFPs/RFIs responses for our products & service offerings to support global BD teams in US, UK, India & Asia markets.
- Periodically develop/update different kinds of BD collaterals as mentioned above in collaboration with the projects, products & technical teams.
- Write technical content to display TransOrg's competency on company blog & on social media.
- Participate as analytics SME in relevant networking events, conferences and meetings.
Qualifications, skills & personality traits:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, mathematics or statistics preferred.
- At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in marketing and customer predictive analytics.
- Experience/awareness of Big Data is a strong plus.
- Deep knowledge in predictive analytics concepts, awareness of Big Data technologies & market awareness.
- At least 1-2 years of direct experience in analytics pre or post sales consulting & technical solution design.
- Strong selling aptitude with proven success in supporting sales and/or delivering creative solution.
- Able to do sales pitch, whenever required.
- Self-starter who works independently and effectively manages multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Experience of interacting with C-level, technical teams required; effectively liaisons with internal teams.
- Good sense of humor and likes working in an unstructured, fast paced environment.
- Able to travel frequently.
