What you are expected to do - Aligning with line managers to understand the current staffing requirements at all levels in the organisation. - Developing talent acquisition strategies for different positions. - Handling the entire process of the recruitment from sourcing till the closure of the position. - Ensuring to make the candidates' experience better and positive by keeping them informed about the status of the position. - Preparing salary fitment, negotiating with candidates if required, and rolling out the letters. - Proactively identifying and maintaining relationships with talent across various skills. - Keeping a check on post offer follow up until the candidate joins. - Developing creative sourcing strategies to proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates. What you need to excel in this role - Having strong exposure of working with IT recruitment with 4-8 years of experience. - Experience of hiring in analytics industry will be an added advantage. - Proven experience of working in talent acquisition. - Being cognisant of all sourcing methods. - Good at employer branding. - Proficient in using all job boards. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
