What do we expect from you?

- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the business domain - banking, financial, services & insurance

- Understand and articulate client's business requirements

- Leverage data science and data engineering to solve business problems

- Lead multiple client engagements

- Lead project delivery across clients

- Work with business development team in expanding the BFSI vertical across the globe

What do you need to excel at ?

- Achieve and book revenue and profit targets for the BFSI vertical

- Define, deliver and drive the BFSI value proposition while adopting sound analytics strategy for the retail, business banking and insurance portfolio of the organisation

- Understand the use of analytics techniques to solve business problems, e.g. quantitative analysis, data mining, trend analysis, customer profiling, segmentation & predictive modeling

- Execute the data-driven planning process by building models and frameworks that connect business unit drivers to company financials and forecast to take the correct decision as per the business needs

- Demonstrate excellent teamwork

- Collaborate with other data analysts to provide development coverage, support, and Knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior team members

What are we looking for?

- 8-15 years of experience in BFSI sector in marketing, analytics/BI, projects, operations or strategy roles - and with a strong desire to build a career in data science and AI field

- 8-15 years of experience in delivering analytics or consulting projects for banks, financial services or insurance organizations

- Good understanding of functions and database systems used in the banking, financial services and/or insurance industry

- Bachelor's in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Math, MBA or related quantitative degree

- Experience in managing a teams

- Experience in managing corporate clients

- Passion to build career in data science

- Excellent critical thinking, verbal and written communications skills

- Ability and desire to work in a proactive, highly engaging client service environment
