The team you will be working with: - Imagine yourself as working inside an incubator. - For the most strategic team of TransOrg, directly with the founder and other senior leaders. - No micromanagement. The role: - Takeover a product research and gradually develop it into an independent business vertical. - Build a team for oneself from scratch in consultation with the CEO. - Co-own product strategy with the CEO. - Single go-to-person behind whom product, tech, sales, marketing, support can rally. Skills are we looking for: - 5-10 years of work experience. - An entrepreneurial experience would be preferable over any degree and title. - Quick prospecting about issues, independent and firm thought leadership. - Dexterity at formulating problems and identifying the most feasible solutions. - Project management - Familiarity with data science and analytics. - Experience in managing people, inspiring juniors, managing stakeholder relationships. - Prior B2C experience would be great.
