Visit us at www.transorg.com What do we expect from you? - Own the customer or acquisition risk management for credit cards form risk strategy perspective - Analyze authorizations, line increases and line decreases - Conduct detailed portfolio quality tracking and suggest policy changes as and when required - Lead acquisition quality tracking and suggest policy changes as and when required - Closely work with systems team to help implement the portfolio intervention or acquisition strategies - Co-ordinate with internal MIS design team to ensure appropriate tracking - Drive discussions with partners around cutoff changes / policy changes / product launches What do you need to excel at? - Understand banking and financial services domain - Adept in quantitative analysis, data mining, trend analysis and customer profiling - Should be able to handle assigned tasks in the capacity of Team Lead - Demonstrate excellent teamwork - Collaborate with other data analysts to provide development coverage, support, and knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior team members - Interact with senior business leaders What are we looking for? - Bachelors in Computer Science/ Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related quantitative degree - 4-7 years of hands-on experience with Python/R, SQL and Excel is must. - Basic knowledge of SAS is a plus - Experience in Banking/Financial services domain - Risk analytics background - Experience of managing a small team - Should have sound experience in data mining and data analysis - Excellent critical thinking, verbal and written communications skills - Ability and desire to work in a proactive, highly engaging, high-pressure and client service environment
