The Transitions and Solutions Manager will work and co-lead company group transitions and transformation programs along with India head of transitions and Solutions and will be responsible to facilitate presales activities (due diligence, defining target operating model) including RFx management and end to end deal solutioning, to support the growth of the center along with BSC Leadership team.

He/ She will be responsible for program management forthe entire portfolio of similar projects within AMH Group BSC (Business shared services center) by working closely with the AMH stakeholders across regions.

This position reports to company BSC India Head of Transitions and Solutioning.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Skills & Desired Experience

Educational Qualification

- Total experience of 10+ years with core solutioning experience of minimum 2+ years.

- A proven track record of leading process transitions for third party clients and GCCs.

- Need excellent MS excel and PowerPoint skills.

- Practical knowledge and experience of successfully delivering significant transition projects, programs, adopting appropriate project and program management methodologies tools, and techniques.

- Result oriented, with high level of motivation for self-growth, along with the drive for growing team members and overall organization.

- High motivation and enthusiasm to learn. Experience of working in a startup service center organization will be a plus.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients of all levels and with fellow project team members.

- Intellectually curious about the external environment, key competitors and market trends; applies these insights to their work.

- Knowledge of business process review, improvement and re-engineering theory and procedures.

- Flexibility to manage teams and transitions working in different time zones (US and UK)

- Graduate from a reputed institution.

- PGDM/MBA from premier institution will be an added advantage.

- Training and certification in Six Sigma or LEAN, or similar experience.

- Project Management Certifications (PMP).
