Role Profile :
Job Title : Transitions Change Lead
Top 3-5 Accountabilities :
Change Management :
- Produce & manage detailed project plan for the change work stream, working with the leads and the transition lead
- Actively progress issues to conclusion and provide timely escalation of potential blocks to the Transformation Lead, project managers and SSC management where applicable
- Prepare business approach documents including change leadership, communication, training and organisational design
- Manage population of change management impact assessment as well as the interventions to manage them; translate change impacts into action plan, actively engages the whole business.
- Manage delivery of change management plan
- In conjunction with the leadership team - carry out Organisation design review for every transition project in the portfolio
- Carry out project communications re the impacts of the new processes/systems on internal & external parties
Qualifications and Experience Required :
- Degree level qualification.
- Recognized professional qualification is a plus
- Change Management Methodology and Implementation (SAP preferred)
- Communication methodology and implementation
- Involved in change projects - ideally in the shared service world
- Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions.
- Consultancy skills, specifically diagnosis and contracting.
- Excellent coaching and relationship building skills.
