JOB PROFILE

- This role is responsible for transitioning customers from current service providers and providing project services to customers post-transition. The role is customer facing and the Transition & Project Management function is instrumental in forming the customer’s first impression of ES IMS capability to deliver.

- The role requires managing the deployment of ES IMS products and services ES IMS customers with multiple sites or where the customer profile, complexity or number of services requires project management discipline to be applied.

- The role is responsible for ensuring that customers’ services (i.e. inventory) are accurate and valid so that subsequent ES revenue is optimised from inception.

- The role is responsible for ensuring the overall customer experience is positive so that contract extension is looked at favorably.Management of assigned projects and transitions including Stakeholder Communication and Project Reporting, Issue and Risk management, changes to program scope, budget and schedule to maintain ES and customer satisfaction (Manage customer relationships during transitions and projects through strong governance)

- Accurate and timely financial management - improve profitability by identifying and implementing actions to improve revenue and margin

- Lead ES IMS work groups that are key to the successful delivery of the transitions and projects to ensure successful delivery

- Manage vendors to meet the committed project deliverables, outcome and any project changes

- Provide pre-sales support for bids and proposals to support achievement of Business sales targets

Major Challenges :

- Managing multiple MS transitions at one time in a highly complex and demanding technical environment

- Highly political and sensitive customers with tight timeframes - Managing and setting customer expectations in order to maximize customer experience and satisfaction

- Management of internal key stakeholders to deliver required contracted outcomes

- Management of external third party suppliers and vendors to deliver agreed outcomes

- Management of vendor partners and internal elements to deliver outcomes

- Proactively and fwd planning

- Maintaining control of all aspects of projects and transitions to enable early identification and communication of emerging issues

- Proactive risk and contingency planning and associated communications to ensure early identification, mitigation and resolution of issues which may otherwise adversely impact contractual deliverables and customer experience

- To challenge ES established processes, knowledge & behaviors in order to maximize the outcome for ES and the customer.
