HRO - Transition - Leading ITeS organisation

1) Person should have solid background on HR Operations (end to end)

2) Should have managed multiple onsite transition in HRO space (not remote transition) and should be willing to travel

3) Should have done few process improvement / process transformation projects, Lean Sigma, Green Belt preferred

4) Should have handled client facing roles in the past

5) Strong in process documentation, identification process risk

6) Very Good Communication skills (verbal/written)

7) Result oriented, team player, positive attitude

8) Should be flexible working in shifts

9) Immediate joiners / candidates with 30 days of Notice period will be preferred.
