Transition Professional - BPO

We are looking for complete transition guy not someone who is doing transition along with operations.

- They should have hands on experience for at least 12 years and needs to be aware of the end to end process that includes both pre and post transitioning as well.

- Should be smart, Good B school will be an added bonus and should have experience using MS project, MS excel, Ganncharts, visio

- Should be directly interacting with clients, clear thought process and Excellent communication.

- Overall 12+ years of experience

- 5 years of relevant experience into end to end Transitions.

Domain : Non IT (NO Infrastructure or IT profiles).

- Strong project management experience.

- Good client relationship management.

- Should have completed couple of major transition project about 100 FTEs.

- Team Management- 5-7 FTEs.

- Basic experience in solution designing.

- Understanding of financial management, costing & maintaining budgets.

- Experience in managing Manage large to midsize project.

- Certified PMP - preferred.

- Worked on Gann charts.

- Excellent communication.

- Open to work in shifts.
