Transition Manager - Leading KPO Based out of Bangalore
Transition & Project management :
- Standardization of processes as required
- Process mapping/analysis at customer locations of projects being transitioned as required.
- Managing, Tracking, and Reporting Transition status and guiding the team during the transition
- Identifying, tracking, and ensuring closure of key risks, process documentation, SOPs, templates, and formats during the transition phase and prior to transition handover
- Identification and Support in the development and implementation of any tools that can help improve performance.
- Working with Stakeholders to review the defined metrics and ensure the correct definitions, measurement methods, sizing and reporting formats, and frequency.
- Establishing and Monitoring dashboards and metrics across the transition and ensuring a smooth handover to Operations once the transition is completed.
- Relationship Management ; of all stakeholders both internal and external.
- Facilitating meetings, ensuring deliverables from various functions are on time and there is proper sign-off at each stage.
- Responsible for effectively communicating with clients, meeting client deadlines, and managing client expectations.
- Supporting the Management and consulting group in the development and implementation of client objectives
- Being part of Customer Weekly/monthly review meetings
- Participate in the solutions/Pitching opportunities with potential customers and contribute basis the transition planning/delivery perspective
- Own the POCs done for potential customers, coordinate with the respective teams to ensure the POCs.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Transition (Must have experience with voice projects transition - both Domestic/International or Both)
