Experience : 15- 18 yrs

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitors the progress of all projects and deliverables

2. To ensure initiation and planning covers all areas of Project/Program management

3. To ensure driving of Program/ Projects execution (large-medium scale) covering multiple phases, agreed scope managing risks, issues, key stakeholders, actions items and manage escalations from all stakeholders on daily basis

4. Initiatives & Best Practices on Program/ Project Management introduced/ implemented in customer/ Internal Programs/ Projects

5. Owns and is accountable for scope, effort, budget and delivery

6. Drives continuous improvement in project deliveries and individual / team performance. Towards this, measures and analyses deliveries and performance across projects and time-line.

7. Is proactive and the ultimate escalation point on all matters related to all programs undertaken and team management

8. Will look at Process efficiency and innovate methodology with a view to maximize value provided to the business units

9. Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with customer / Business Units

10. Viewed and perceived as a Role model and a genuine Team Player

Mandatory Skills

1. Should have managed Large Projects independently.

2. Hands on experience in transition management

3. Must have handled client management, transition, transformation and migration of projects

4. Understanding of contracts and bid management through to development of SOW s highly desirable.

5. Manages conflict constructively, can identify areas of improvement in team thinking.

6. Should have been managing a team for project.

7. Good analytical skills and understands cause & effect systems.

8. Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
