- Skills - Transitions, Global HRSS , HRO - end to end from recruitment , onboarding , HROPS, payroll, PMS etc.

- Process mapping, documentation, transition.

- Should have managed transitions , exposure to global HRSS (US , UK , AU) .

- Primary Skillset is Transitions In global HRSS

- Should have managed people.

- Shift should be flexible with UK shifts and basis projects

- Keep the data intact by proactively reaching out to stakeholders for corrections in the system.

- Manage the time and absence process as per the policy.

- Answer staff questions about salary, deductions, attendance, benefits etc.

- Support managers and HR team with clarifications on payroll process and policies.

- Establish challenging KPIs and adhere to performances by continuous improvement.

- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data Update and maintain employee records in the HRMS and verify the accuracy of data in accordance with policy and framework.

- Experience in HRMS systems handling various modules like Recruitment/ ATS, onboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, Performance management, etc.

- Advanced level experience in ERP like Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP and time attendance management tools a strong plus.

- Ability to handle complex queries/ escalations amicably, empathetic towards situations and yet resolve the issues objectively. Always striving to elevate the employee experience.

- Maintain healthy and cordial professional rapport across functions

- Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to interface and establish rapport with all levels of the organization including the executive team members

- A proactive, high-energy attitude geared towards achieving continuous improvement

- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, and data-driven organization
