We are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Senior Transition Manger - Global HR Shared Services to support Global Transitions across HR Verticals.
Position Summary:
- Must possess strong knowledge on HR Processes, entire employee life cycle (open to other domain in BPO/BPM sector)
- Must possess strong knowledge on process transitions
- Incumbent would be responsible for creating process maps and documentation
- Incumbent would be responsible to develop and maintain an inventory of current list of opportunities
- Identify new opportunities within the existing service lines, as well as new areas
- Ability to work on time bound projects
- Good interpersonal skills
- Engage with project leaders, business leaders, the HR community to understand their requirement and offer time bound solutions
- Stakeholders management
- String knowledge of HR Systems, Automation and Ticketing tool
- Should have proven record on process transitions
- Flexibility to work in Global environment
Primary Responsibilities :
- Draft transition plan & lead process transitions drafting of SLAs, Process Maps, SOPs
- Build relationships with a wide range of people
- Have a basic understanding of HR processes and jargon but be able to translate it into plain English.
- Oversee Daily operations for the transitions and maintain the toll gates.
- Management Reporting and Dashboards & Conduct workshop to generate ideas.
- Knowledge of Oracle, Ticketing tool, Learning Management System
