Position Overview : We are searching for a Transition Manager to oversee seamless transitions for projects, processes, and systems within a dynamic startup environment. As a key contributor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient change management and smooth transitions to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, coordinate, and execute transitions for projects, services, or systems with minimal disruption to operations.

- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand transition requirements and timelines.

- Develop comprehensive transition plans, outlining milestones, tasks, and resource allocation.

- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transitions.

- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment and successful knowledge transfer.

- Monitor transition progress, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks that arise.

- Evaluate transition outcomes against predefined success criteria and implement corrective actions if necessary.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the transition team, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in transition management or project management (6-8 years).

- Strong organizational and planning skills with an eye for detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.

- Leadership qualities with a focus on team collaboration and achieving objectives.
