Transition Manager - BPO - ERU/TTH/M&IS/LSHC Domains

Designation: Manager / Sr Manager - Transition

Domains: ERU (Energy, Resource and Utility), TTH(Travel and Hospitality), M&IS (Media and Information Systems) and LSHC (Life Science)

Job Location : Mumbai / Pune / Kolkata

Salary Level: 15 lpa For Manager / 25 lpa for Senior Manager

1. For ERU: (Manager / Senior Manager) - Kolkata Location - 1 Position

- Open to look at good transition Managers profile from mix of any horizontal like F&A, SCM, Telecom, Manufacturing, ERU etc., except BFSI profiles.

- Should have independently carried out end to end transition for at least 3-4 deals.

- Preferably exposure of working with Presales team on Solutioning - responding to RFIs/ RFPs.

2. For LSHC: (Manager / Sr Manager) - Mumbai Location - 1 Position

- Candidate should be throughout LSHC domain into Operations and / or Project Management role.

- Should have exceptionally good LSHC domain knowledge.

- Added advantage if have exposure into Transitions â?? at least interest and understanding of Transition and Solutioning i.e., responding to RFPs / RFIs.

3. For M&IS: (Manager / Sr Manager) - Kolkata - 2 Positions

- Should have at least handled M&IS clients majorly and have good domain knowledge.

- Some exposure as a combination, in either of the areas within the M&IS domain i.e., Solutioning, Presales, Migrations, KT, due diligence, Content Management, Publishing Operations etc.

4. For TTH: (Manager / Sr Manager) - Pune - 1 Position

- Strong experience in Travel and Hospitality domain

- Must have done at least 3 to 4 end to end transitions in the specific domain.
