- Visualize and design end to end programme delivery road map for offshoring project
- Plan, design and deliver strategic projects to bring business benefits and value to the organization
- Conducting various phases of transition: Pre- Transition, Transition Phase & Post- Transition Phase Scheduling & Planning Project requirements
- Work with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements (changes in existing processes and workflows), identify solutions and plan for process transitions or migrations
- Create a viable project plan after taking inputs from all relevant stakeholders
- Lead the project and act as Single Point of Contact for all project related deliverables, should lead a component of a Work stream or a defined portion of a Service Transition program
- Track progress on parallel offshoring engagements and raise risks/issues proactively
- Responsible for effective communication and escalation management
- Contribute towards enhancing transition/programme implementation methodology
- Ensure adherence to project plan and its timelines
- Liaise with business lines and functions (Operations, HR & IT) on training, recruitment and system requirements for projects
- Influence decisions at a strategic level by logical reasoning and lateral thinking based on problem solving approach
- Understand and grasp process flows of in scope activities and assimilate this knowledge to quickly become a subject matter expert
- Define, drive and maintain SLAs and KPIs, owning them till the transition or migration is completed
- Adhere to and implement Mobilization methods and tools
