Position : Transition Manager

No. of candidates required :1

Experience : Min 5 yrs of relevant experience into Transition in BPO/KPO/ITeS industry

Education

- Graduate(Must) B.E / B.Tech (Preferred)

- MBA , PMP Certification (Desirable)

Job Role

- Establish and implement Transition Methodology for voice+ Non Voice BPO/KPO

- Create and Lead a team of Transition resources

- Own the overall Transition management ensuring that business is maintained during the transition phase

- Deliver Process Improvement in Transition within agreed operational functions

- Lead the Transition Solutioning during RFP phase/Proposal and create proper transition plan and content

- Establish and support IT team to create IT enabling transition solutions needed to improve transition process

- Liaising with different departments during the transition phase for data collection and relationship management

- Conduct program progress/review calls. Conduct and attend project/transition planning/review/progress/ calls.

- Report program progress to internal stakeholders, mainly senior management on progress and TAT.

Job Skills

- In-depth understanding of business change and transformation techniques

- BPO/KPO experience – Should have successfully transitioned minimum 5 projects out of which 2 projects should have IT Solutions enablement for that project

- Thorough experience and qualification in project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

- Excellent Communication (Written and Verbal)

- Should have transition related content creation and reviewing skills for PPT, Word etc.

- Strong analytic and decision making abilities

- Thorough experience in MS Office and MS Project and online tools related to Transition

- Must be a excellent team player
