Transition Lead - BPO

Title - Transition Lead

- Role incumbent will be responsible for end to end transition management which includes Knowledge transfer, hiring, technology and workplace enablement, PMO etc.,

- will be responsible to establish Robust Project plan, clearly specifying various tollgates, tasks, planned/actual start and closure date, responsibility and completion status

- Assess potential delay in the project tasks/ deliverables, work with the respective stakeholders to ensure the delay is averted

Desired skill set:-

- 8+ years of total experience with minimum 1+ years of Project Management/ Solutioning experience in Transition / migration project.

- Should have worked in transition function in BPO industry with strong Executive Presence and Client management.

- Should be able to use Project / Process Management tools like MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office.

- PMP, PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
