- Should be Instrumental in reviewing & interpreting the competition & market information to fine-tune strategies whilst identifying prospective clients.
- Generating business from new accounts and developing them to achieve consistent profitability and enhance revenue in the space of services offerings.
- Should Lead, monitor and mentor a team from sales vertical & customer support staff by performing competition activity and assist in formulating strategies
- Should Conduct competitor analysis for smooth process efficiency, identifying market segments and determining segment value for implementing service strategy & providing customized solutions for each segment.
- Should develop strategies to enhance clients/ customer relations through formal and informal channels, building cordial relationship through regular interactions & apprising them with company's value propositions.
- Responsible for Increasing Customer Market Share & Revenue Market Share in the circle.
- Responsible for Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting, Decision-Making, Setting Up Sales & Revenue Targets & Sales Report Preparation.
- Should have experience in Handling End to End cycle of sales.
- Having worked with Decision Makers in past can be a great driver to take up this role.
- Should have experience in handling Teams
- Should have the vision and proven track record of building sales numbers 10 times
- Should be an individual driven by numbers with Decision Making skills.
