Job Description :
- Identify, pursue and close new sales opportunities directly and through partners
- Develop and implement strategic sales plan in line with corporate goals
- Create effective lead generation programs to identify new markets and prospects
- Build and maintain effective pipeline in the target markets
- Identifying customer and industry specific requirements
- Effective positioning of solution based on customer/industry requirements
- Able to do first level solution positioning and product demonstration
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure
- Achieve Targets in defined sales territory.
Desired Profile :
- Experience in selling enterprise software solutions
- Experience in selling Trading and Risk Management solutions
- Prior Experience in Commodity Trading and Risk Management industry highly regarded but not required
- Good understanding of Asia Pacific market. Experience in Commodity Trading sector would be a plus
- Tracked record of meeting & exceeding Sales Quotas
- Experience of selling to "C" level
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate and influence high-level decision makers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel in the region
- Prior experience in drafting responses to RFP & RFI.
